Michael Ameyaw Somuah is a graduate from the University of Ghana. He majored in Agricultural Economics at the University of Ghana and worked as a teaching and research Assistant at the department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness at the University of Ghana. Michael is a promising individual who has keen interest in research by contributing meaningfully to the development of the society. Michael has occupied several leadership positions which has shaped his thinking and boosted his confidence resulting in his positive mindset of solving issues. Some of the notable positions are President of National Service personnel in the school of Agriculture, Programs and Project committee head, deputy secretary for (IYAN AFRICA), a volunteer organization in Ghana and Member of Parliament of Commonwealth Hall. Michael was awarded as the best student leader and best student presenter during his final year in school. Michael’s research interest is in Development, Environmental and natural Economics. He finds happiness in using statistical softwares such as STATA and SPSS to solve problems related to income diversity, production and environmental related issues. He looks forward to learning more about Rand Python.
